Q. Is the Knitting Factory venue a seated venue?
A. No. 90% of our shows are limited seating; general admission standing only.
Q. Do you have handicap accessibility?
A. Absolutely. We are happy to make special arrangements for you when you contact us in advance and then arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to doors. We will offer you one of the premium seats in the house. Click here to contact us in advance.
Q. If I line up at the front door early, will I be the first one into the show?
A. Not necessarily. We may admit guests with special needs who contacted us in advance. We then open the main doors to the club.
Q. What time does your box office open?
A. One hour before doors on show nights.
Q. Do you serve food?
A. We have an excellent menu of food that is served in both the showroom and the restaurant.
Q. Is the Knitting Factory Concert House ever available for private parties?
A. Absolutely. Some of the greatest private parties in Spokane are at the Knitting Factory Concert House. If you are interested, call 509-244-3279 ext 7.
Q. Are your shows all ages?
A. The majority of our events are all ages. Any restrictions will be noted on your ticket.
Q. I am under 21. Can I be with a friend who is over 21?
A. Yes, as long as your friend over 21 is not drinking alcohol. Alcohol must only be consumed in over-21 sections.
Q. How do I get into the VIP Lounge?
A. Annual passes are available and include admission for two to every show at the Knitting Factory Concert House as well as pre-sale opportunities and occasional comps for other Knitting Factory Entertainment events. Q. Can I buy a backstage pass?
A. Backstage passes are not for sale and you should be wary of anyone attempting to sell you one.
Q. What time does the restaurant open?
A. 4 pm on day of events. Otherwise at 8 pm Wednesday through Saturday. (You must be 21 years of age to enter the restaurant.)
Q. If I eat in the restaurant do I get in to the show early?
A. Yes. The restaurant opens at 4pm and patrons that dine and drink in the restaurant prior to the show get into the venue prior to the general public. (You must be 21 years of age to enter the restaurant.)
