Spokane standup comedian Nick Theisen has been entertaining audiences all over the country for over 35 years. During that time, he’s been instrumental in helping the next generation of comedians hone their craft. Now, Nick is battling 4 types of cancer and the comedy community from Seattle, Portland, and Spokane are coming together to help him. A fundraising night of standup comedy will be presented at Spokane’s Knitting Factory on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 7pm, with proceeds going to help Nick in his fight. The evening will be hosted by Spokane’s own Don Parkins and our featured performer Dan Cummins, along with touring comedians Rod Long, Vince Valenzuela, Susan Rice and Art Krug. There will also be a raffle for some very unique items! Join us for a great night of hope and laughter for a great cause!
