Carter Hudson is a musician and songwriter based in Spokane, WA. His earliest singles feature a folk-Americana sound that has paved the way to the laid-back rock, blues, and soul style permeating his current performances and writing. Tasteful guitar playing and intimate lyrics are at the heart of his music. With an emphasis on improvisation, the energy of his performances is tangible, inviting, and contagious. His latest single, “Your Survivor,” has an uplifting feel reminiscent of bands like The War on Drugs and Bahamas.
Carter has performed regularly with his band throughout the Northwest, including an opening slot for soul powerhouse Allen Stone, and plans to tour across the West Coast in the upcoming year.
